I think that Lil Wayne have alot to do with getting money from consumers and the consumers are the people who are buying his albums and mixtapes. I dont think that the recession is affecting him because he have so much money. And plus he is steady making music, Lil Wayne is a hip hop artist all he do is talk about getting money and now Lil Wayne is perfoming with rockstar artist so he might be getting paid more but when i think of econmics and lil wayne there isnt really that much that they have in common. All the things that i have learned in ecomics were demand--this relates to Lil Wayne beacause so many people all around the world demand that he keeps making music Lil Wayne's music is so exclusive that people have no other choice but to demand his songs. Another thing that i learned from economics was Utility-- this have something to do with Lil Wayne because he satisfy all of his fans no matter what he raps about they still are going to go purchase the latest mixtape or CD.. In econmics we learned about substitutes i think and Lil Waynes category by him doing substitutes will come in at him jumping on peoples tracks....its crazy beacuse when he do get on other artist tracks he makes the real artist who made the beat feel real dumb because he "killed" on their beat..

Reflection on what i learned!!
I learned about credible and none credible sources i know that credible websites do not have .com also credible sites have the person who created it an dthe name of the site.
Non credible sites have different types of ads all over the page it has a.com and it dont have the oerson who created the site.
Another thing i learned was how to go on different websites and make links to the sites and put them on my blogs .
I learned that if you want people to believe what yor article is saying then you would have to go to a credible source and get the right imformation while i wsa doin this assignment it was kind of hard but at the same time it was fun because i was i enjoyed writing about my favorite rapper Lil Wayne. But during the research of my blogg most of it was kind of hard we had to create 7 post with 300 words in all that was kind of a struggle but at the end i got it complete it.

Lil Wayne background
Cash Money Records CEOs Ronald “Slim” Williams and Bryan “Baby” Williams issued a statement soon after Lil Wayne received four Grammys. “The Cash Money family is thrilled with Lil Wayne’s triumph at the Grammys. We are an independent label and this recognition is validation of all of our hard work over the last 20 years. To go from selling records out of our cars more than a decade ago to having the number one selling and Grammy winning artist, it is really hard to express how much pride we feel at this moment.”
"This is a fantastic moment for Wayne, Cash Money, and the Universal Motown family. Wayne delivered a seminal, game-changing album that transcended genres and crossed cultures. He is a true original - a rock star who has raised the bar with brilliant lyrics, compelling music, and a charismatic presence that has captivated millions. Thank you to the Recording Academy voters for recognizing and celebrating Wayne's musical genius and his amazing year,” says Universal Motown President Sylvia Rhone.
"What is so rewarding about Wayne's Grammy nominations is that they are not merely a reflection of commercial success, but of real artistry, achievement, and influence. He delivered a brilliant, original album that defines the state-of-the-art in hip-hop, and it was not only embraced by his fans but by his peers in the industry. Receiving an amazing eight nominations is a wonderful recognition and validation of his creative accomplishments. Lil Waynes Changing image
Most of Lil Wayne’s fans know that he is changing his image to become a rock star. I think that it was a good idea for him to change hi image I believe that so many of his fans look up to what he doing we don’t just listen to his music well at least I don’t but I think by him letting every one know that he’s just not a hip hop rapper anymore he’s a rock star
I really do love Lil Wayne I like what he raps about it makes you feel like you are in the studio with him. I know that people always say that they are Lil Wayne fans but I look up to him for the good and bad reasons like by him changing his image that make me want to try different types of things like wearing things that I wouldn’t normally wear but being different is a good thing. Lil Wayne always got new swag no matter what it is rather its recording in the studio or just talking on television Lil Wayne makes older people kind of angry they think that he is setting a bad image to the younger kids the younger kids are the ones who know most of his lyrics its kind of crazy. I don’t think that he is a bad influence on anyone people do what they want to do. But if parents think that Lil Wayne i s a bad person they should stop their kids from listening to the things that he talks or raps about. His image is not that horrible. Except all of the tattoos that he have all over his body. But that make him who he is all of his tattoos represents something important things to him i think that he is a cool dude his lyrics so hot!!

Why is Lil Wayne's image important to me!
Lil Wayne is important to me because he is my favorite rapper. And he be “killing” all the rest of the rappers out here on these beats today. Lil Wayne has millions and millions of fans all around the nation but I don’t think there is another fan like me. I like the lyrics that Lil Wayne uses. Because it is different from what all the other rappers rap about. When you listen to Lil Wayne you feel that you are on another planet. “Earth to Wayne’s World” that is how it makes me feel. I know most of his songs, but not all of them and sometimes that makes me mad when other people think they know all of his lyrics when they don’t. I really do like Lil Wayne because he is very different and unique from other hip hop rappers. I am interested in Lil Wayne’s image because years ago people really wasn’t “jock in” him the way they are today. I’m interested in him because now he is changing his image to be a ‘rock star’ and I like the different types of styles he be “rocking” like the chains and the scarfs. I dare to be different and he is extremely different from everyone else. Lil Wayne uses lyrics to make people think and it’s not hard for you to understand them. He uses the same words to mean different things it’s so exclusive. Lil Wayne is a self made millionaire he doesn’t care about the public he loves to get high and rap. He is dedicated to his fans and he lets us know what’s going on with him and his music. I like Lil Wayne and Young Money Entertainment because they all can rap especially Nicky Minaj but no matter what beat they rap on they do their best and they sound great I like all of them.
